Who we are
Secure Monitoring is NZ owned and fully automated. Homes and commercial sites. You do not speak to someone overseas for a simple answer — SMS and calls already went out, so there is no reason to call back. Alarm signalling, virtual monitoring, smoke detector notifications, guard response and lone worker, with SMS and calls from our systems. Named contacts dispatch a nationwide guard at the tap of a button, or by SMS reply.
We monitor Permaconn and Inner Range Multipath as first-class paths — dual-path IP and cellular. We do not take PSTN / phone-line monitoring. If the site is still on copper, we move it onto dual-path.
Virtual monitoring means camera verify sits in the same flow as the alarm. Integration means the communicator, the panel and the CCTV are specified together.
