Why Permaconn 4G, not a phone line

We do not monitor PSTN. Dual-path IP plus Permaconn 4G (or Inner Range Multipath) is the path. If the site is still on copper, we move it off. A cut pair is not a silent house.

Video IQ on the same box

PM54 adds virtual monitoring: video verification and virtual patrol on existing CCTV, over Permaconn’s network — not the customer LAN. Clips travel with the alarm monitoring.

Takeovers
