Virtual monitoring and virtual patrol

Virtual monitoring uses CCTV you already have. Permaconn Video IQ (PM54) sends clips before and after the alarm, over Permaconn’s network — not the office Wi-Fi.

Video verification

Footage from before and after the trigger, with the alarm. False activations get stood down. Real ones get a keyholder or security guards — not a guess from a PIR. That is virtual monitoring sitting on CCTV monitoring.

Virtual patrol

Scheduled camera tours on the CCTV that is already there. Cheaper than a person walking the yard. Tighter than an NVR nobody watches. A physical nationwide guard only if the picture says so.

Single or dual-path under it

PM54 is alarm signalling, Permaconn 4G and video in one box. PM35 / PM45 single or dual-path still welcome. Takeovers often keep the communicator on the wall. Sites already on NX Witness Enterprise keep that VMS — we monitor it with the alarm.
